	My job is to help one or more journeymen to do thier jobs. I perform simple and routine tasks as assigned and instructed by journeymen in our MOS. I am not in training to move up to the intermediate or journeyman level in my MOS. Helping is my job for the foreseeable future.
	I am in training to become a journeyman in my MOS. Right now I perform duties and tasks requiring more skills than the helpers have acquired. Under close direction I am able to perform duties and tasks done by the journeymen in my MOS. My duties are intended to increase my knowledge and skill.
	I am a go-to guy in my MOS. I perform the duties and tasks without direction and with limited supervision. My work is of high quality and is accomplished in a responsible and timely manner. I make the physical effort needed to perform my duties and accept exposure to the hazards, physical hardships, and working conditions of my MOS. I do not lead or supervise others on a regular basis.
	I am the leader of a crew that performs work or conducts operations in our MOS. I lead three or more journeymen on a regular and recurring basis. I work hands-on and am a fully accomplished journeyman in my own right. I also train others to develop their skills, abilities and knowledge in our MOS.
	I am a supervisor who is responsible for directing work or conducting operations in our MOS. Generally I do not work hands-on. I assign at least 3 and possibly many others to tasks. I also train subordinates, initiate personnel actions, enforce discipline and maintain an orderly workplace. I am directly responsible for the quality of our work and/or operations and for its successful completion in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
	I do not perform work or conduct operations myself, nor do I lead or supervise the duties of others. I am the one who inspects and evaluates the work and performance of others in our MOS. I examine services, materials, and the end-product of others work to ensure that their work and/or operations is within acceptable standards and specifications.
	My job is to plan operations or assignments in our MOS. I work alone or with others to plan operations, construction, maintenance, repair, or manufacturing projects. Our planning includes determining facilities, equipment, material, and numbers and categories of personnel required. I estimate labor and material costs, and also the time needed to accomplish assignments. I do not conduct the operations or perform the work myself.
	I supervise those who do the planning and estimating of projects and assignments in our MOS. I am responsible for the quality and timeliness of our work. I assign work, train subordinates, initiate personnel actions, enforce discipline and maintain an orderly workplace/quarters for our planning staff. Our tasks include creating master job orders, operational, engineering and/or manufacturing plans.
